Pacjam In Le Garden started from Pacjam’s home with his traditional birthday parties in his back garden cooking for his family and friends. I began making Jerk Chicken and Lamb Ribs finished off my own spin of Pacjam’s sauce, all cooked on his jerk pan and before you knew it was all gone.
Family & friends all kept telling me that I needed to do this on a larger scale as the public need to try my creation. Food has always been a passion of mine, so I decided to take the leap and I found a premises in January 2020. In doing so I was able to create and expand on my menu, to cater for all. Throughout lockdown between 2020 and 2021, I was fortunate enough to be able to keep my premise open, having utilised delivery services.
My brand has continued to grow from strength to strength and is established to the point where Im ready to take my business to another level.
Le Garden is a sit-down bar and restaurant with the option of using our takeaway service. Im a very passionate chef who takes absolute pride and dedication in my preparation and serving of freshly made daily food.
Pacjam has his own take on Caribbean food and has infused that with his English heritage. My Jerk Chicken and Lamb Ribs are a one off and haven’t seen it replicated, it is marinated with a special Jerk seasoning and Pacjam’s Secret Sauce and finished on the traditional Jerk Pan.
Pacjam has been surrounded his whole life with his 2 older brothers becoming chefs from an early age with his eldest brother becoming an award-winning chef with his restaurant in St Lucia and wants to follow in his footsteps.
Pacjam has created dishes that you will run and tell your family and friends even strangers about. His Amaretto wings and New Amaretto crispy prawns with is secret sauce are mouth wateringly delicious. The Jerk Salmon and Seabass are pan fried to order and will melt in your mouth.
