Cancellation Policy for £5 Deposit:
Deposit Refund Eligibility:
The £5 deposit per seat is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
If the reservation is canceled by our company or due to circumstances beyond your control, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Cancellation by the Customer:
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
Cancellations made 8 days or more in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the deposit, subject to our discretion.
Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
Changes to Reservation:
If you need to modify the number of seats or change the booking details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, the £5 deposit per seat will be forfeited.
